What to expect

1. Once you purchase the Market Leader Toolkit, we will email you the employee feedback guide and policy builder within one business day. We’ll also organise the first 45-minute 1-on-1 consult so we can understand what you’re aiming to achieve with your parental leave support.

2. Based on your policy inputs, we’ll draft a policy template, pre-populate the business case and pre-fill the costing tool.  

3. We’ll send this to you for review and organise the second 45-minute 1-on-1 consult.

4. We’ll email you the remaining materials customised to your organisation and organise the third 45-minute 1-on-1 consult.

5. If the parental leave legislation changes in the next 12 months, we’ll let you know which parts of the policy document have changed and supply suggested wording.
